My favorite Spain 🇪🇸 Positive: I had a wonderful stay at these apartments in Alicante. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and the historic city center. The apartment was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing holiday. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bed was cozy, and the air conditioning worked perfectly (which was a big plus during the warm days). The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to answer any questions. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy👌 I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Alicante!

Práctico, limpio y cómodo Positive: Todo OK. Nos ofrecieron bebidas y snacks. Muy amables Negative: Lo único “incómodo” era la “practica” de la señal wifi a la habitación del fondo… Aunque nos apañamos… hubiera sido deseable tener un repetidor o colocar el router cerca de dicha habitación.

Recomendada Positive: El apartamento era bonito, amplio, limpio, cómodo, tenía todo lo necesario (implementos de cocina, de baño, ropa de cama, televisión). Esta muy bien ubicado, conectado al Tram, con paradas de buses (entre ellas una línea directa a la estación de tren), el centro y la playa están a 15/18 minutos caminando Cerca hay muchas tiendas, cafeterías El personal que gestiona la propiedad fue siempre muy rápido en contestar, muy amable y con excelente disposición. A tener en cuenta se debe aceptar un contrato sencillo (pero es muy entendible para asegurar el buen uso del inmueble) Negative: Se debe dejar una fianza antes de la estadía, sin embargo, no tuve ningún problema con la devolución de la misma, por lo tanto recomendaría la propiedad y repetiría mi estadía.

Positive: There is practically everything you need for life (dishes, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, cleaning and laundry products, hair dryer). Negative: There is no clothes dryer.
