Overall, very good place to stay. Positive: Spacious, clean. Equipped with everything you might need. Close to the beach, shop, or tram if needed. Big enough for comfortable stay of family 2+2.. Staff not available in person but helpful and responds quickly. Negative: At time of our stay ( Feb 2026) there is a major renewal/rebuild of the complex being done. Construction team working from early hours so despite holidays, couldn’t sleep after 8AM due noise of demolition hammers, angle grinders behind the wall, or heavy equipment on the street. Afternoons and evenings were perfectly quiet.

Positive: Очень удобно, комфортно, продумано. Вся техника, забота о клиентах. Вишенкой на торте стала бутылка вина, оставленная в холодильнике. Negative: Это придирка, но тем не менее, телевизор в гостиной мог быть немного больше.
