Positive: Великолепно расположение и своё парковочное место. Negative: Некоторые элементы мебели и интерьера неплохо было бы обновить.

Para repetir, sin duda Positive: El apartamento es estupendo, muy amplio y limpio. Está al lado de la playa y muy cerquita tienes una parada del Tram que te lleva a Alicante y a Benidorm. El garaje no llegamos a utilizarlo porque se aparcaba perfectamente en la calle (mes de Abril). Tiene lavadora, secadora y lavavajillas, lo cual te hace más cómoda la estancia. El salón es muy luminoso y con buenas vistas. La zona es muy tranquila, al menos en esta época del año y la playa, espectacular. Las piscinas son muy buenas y tienen un chiringuito con cafetería/restaurante. Negative: El acceso a la vivienda la primera vez que llegas es un poco complicado, al menos para nosotros que ya somos "boomers", jajaja, pero luego ya puedes entrar y salir con llaves tradicionales. Algunos muebles están un poco deteriorados pero nada importante. No tiene terraza aunque a cambio, el salón es enorme.

We would still choose to stay here again if we come back to this area in the future. Positive: The apartment is located in a gated and secure community with complete facilities and a beautiful environment. It is very close to the tram stop and the beach. The apartment has everything you might need, including all kinds of kitchen utensils, so it’s easy for me to cook something for my picky child. Negative: The shower in the shower room was broken and couldn’t be used. We only found out when we arrived and saw a note posted on the shower door. I contacted the host’s customer service, but because it was during Easter, they couldn’t repair it, so throughout our stay we could only use the shower head over the bathtub. The overall sound insulation of the building is not very good. Every morning at 9 a.m., the upstairs neighbors started drilling for renovations, so we couldn’t sleep in—though of course this wasn’t the host’s fault.

Positive: Lækker lejlighed, og perfekt beliggenhed. Dejligt haveområde og god mad i den lille restaurant. Meget venlig korrespondence med udlejningsteamet
