Maison Tolède

Ok Positive: Hyvä sijainti Negative: Siisteys taso ei ollut hyvä. Lattiat likaisia. Asunnossa jonkun verran pientä korjattavaa, esim valot, kaiteet, grilli jne.

Positive: Неймовірні апартаменти, дуже комфортно Багато простору, хороше розташування Дуже адекватно реагували на наші запити (ми попросили сковорідки замінити і їх одразу замінили) Обовʼязково повернусь сюди ще і радитиму іншим Negative: Єдине що навпроти знаходиться таверна і від неї шумно, а ще шумно від людей які ходять вулицями, але це мабуть сонливість розташування

Positive: Appartamento nel centro di Alicante, in una posizione molto comoda che permette di raggiungere tutto a piedi. La struttura è perfetta per gruppi di 6 persone, in quanto dispone di 3 stanze, 2 bagni completi e 1 bagno di servizio. Il valore aggiunto è il terrazzo abitabile, molto bello.

Wonderful old town house, comfortable for 6 adults Positive: The house was clean, beds comfortable, showers were powerful and the kitchen was really well appointed with plenty of glasses and crockery. The rooftop seating area was lovely, we used it every evening before heading out for dinner. The position in the old town was perfect. Great to have the dishwasher and washing machine. Negative: Unfortunately on a number of occasions the electricity tripped. We managed to re set it ourselves 3 or 4 times but on the 3rd day of our 5 day stay we couldn't get the main trip to stay up and needed to contact the property manager on the Friday earlyevening. By the time we came home near to midnight thankfully the problem had been resolved, although the solution was to remove the main trip switch, I'm not sure how safe that was so hopefully it was a temporary fix. The only other thing was the stairs to the rooftop patio were very steep and unfortunately the handrail was loose at the top, I did mention it to the property manager who offered to have it repaired but we decided we didn't want to spend time waiting for maintenance. We were very careful, it might not suit elderly guests. The patio is the perfect spot for breakfast and evening drinks so worth the effort to climb the stairs (with great care!) Lastly the top floor double room doesn't have any storage at all so my daughter and friend were living out of suitcases, they needed to use the sofa for storage! Even a small chest of drawers would be a help.

Nos ha encantado Positive: Todo: la privacidad de las habitaciones con el baño, los detalles, la terraza... Desde las fotos no se aprecia lo bonito que es, fue una sorpresa y un valor añadido a nuestro viaje.
