We would still choose to stay here again if we come back to this area in the future. Positive: The apartment is located in a gated and secure community with complete facilities and a beautiful environment. It is very close to the tram stop and the beach. The apartment has everything you might need, including all kinds of kitchen utensils, so it’s easy for me to cook something for my picky child. Negative: The shower in the shower room was broken and couldn’t be used. We only found out when we arrived and saw a note posted on the shower door. I contacted the host’s customer service, but because it was during Easter, they couldn’t repair it, so throughout our stay we could only use the shower head over the bathtub. The overall sound insulation of the building is not very good. Every morning at 9 a.m., the upstairs neighbors started drilling for renovations, so we couldn’t sleep in—though of course this wasn’t the host’s fault.

¡Fabuloso! Positive: La estancia ha sido FABULOSA y hemos disfrutado MUCHÍSIMO de nuestra estancia. El salón es, sin duda, lo mejor de la casa: amplísimo ,extraordinariamente luminoso y muy bien amueblado. Es un verdadero PLACER desayunar o comer con unas vistas tan amplias y agradables. También es cierto que el sol se agradece en la fecha de nuestra estasncia, noviembre; la situación será muy diferente en verano, claro. Todo el apartamento, en general, está muy cuidado y equipado, lleno de todo detalles que hacen que no se eche absolutamente nada en falta. El acceso mediante app primero y llaves después fuy muy cómodo y rápido. Por último, la ubicación es excelente si buscas tranquilidad y disfrutar de una playa ENORME, limpia y cuidada. Los servicios, aunque mínimamente, también están cubiertos: hay un pequeño supermercado muy cerca y algunos (muy pocos) restaurantes y cafeterías cerca, pero que cumplen sobradamente. Dicho eso, tener la parada del tranvía en la puerta ciertamente facilita la movilidad a cualquier zona cercana, así que la valoración general es excelente en cualquier caso.
